The website www.joykidsboutique.gr includes the online presence of the physical store, under the name "Joy Kids' Boutique". The store is located at 98 Alexandrou Roma, Zakynthos. The creation of this e-shop marks the beginning of a form of advanced communication of the store with our customers. The e-shop that is created is addressed to all internet users who wish to be immediately informed about the products offered by the store in combination with the possibility of making purchases through the e-shop, after remote online ordering, always subject to the adequacy of the company's inventories.
"Joy Kids' Boutique" aims at the immediate service and satisfaction of the customer with the continuous responsibility that he demonstrates throughout the course of their business development and the cultivation of trust.
These terms are fully compatible with applicable European and Greek law and users recognize the right of the company to change the provisions of these terms, insofar as they do not relate to its legally binding obligations and without affecting completed situations.

For us the customer is our obligation to be always informed and guaranteed. For this reason we inform the customers of our online store about the following issues:
A. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In order to carry out any transaction through the online store "Joykidsboutique.gr" to place orders for products of the store, you will be required to disclose some of your personal information. D. ORDER OF PRODUCTS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Placing an order through the e-shop is a conclusion of a distance selling contract regulated by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended.
Possibility of concluding a valid order through the e-shop, you have if you are legally competent in compliance with the articles of the Greek Civil Code, (if you have reached the age of eighteen and you are not in legal aid regarding the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders can also be placed by representatives of legal entities, while the company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any orders that will be made by legally incompetent persons.
PROCEDURE FOR ORDERING THROUGH E-SHOP:

- By debiting your credit card. Your credit card will be charged on the day of the start of the shipping process. - Cash on delivery (only for Greece) the moment you receive the products. In this case the customer will be charged 5.00 euros (VAT 24% is included).

Note: Customers outside the European Union are subject to any financial charges due to exchange rate differences, customs clearance, etc. for which the company bears no responsibility.
E. METHOD - TIME - COST OF SHIPPING
Deliveries of products are made throughout Greece free of charge through the company General Post Office within 2-3 working days for orders over 70 euros.
For deliveries throughout Greece under 70 euros the charge is 5.00 euros.
For deliveries to EU countries and Cyprus the charges are as follows
For purchases under € 200 the shipping costs are € 20 while for purchases of 200 E and above the shipping is free.
* Free shipping service as well as all the above shipping costs are not available for large, bulky items. The order management department receives the orders, calculates the weight of the parcel / parcels and calculates the costs. You will then receive a new email with all the order including shipping costs

F. CONSUMER RIGHTS
order cancellation
You have the right to cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it. After the expiration of the above time the cancellation can not be accepted.
- WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to return the entire order or part of it without having to tell us the reason why you want the products returned, within 15 working days from the date you receive it. In this case, only the direct cost of returning the products is borne by you. In the event that the reason for your return concerns a mistake of the store, we undertake to bear the cost of returning the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you have the obligation to complete and send an email to info@joykidsboutique.gr writing us your details and product code. You are obliged to send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, ie without having its packaging violated and confirming that the special markings of the product have not been removed. In addition, you must include the retail receipt at the same time as submitting your withdrawal statement or change card in the event of a gift. The return will be accepted only after the approval of the store.
In case of return of the products, one of our representatives will contact you soon to replace the returned product with a new one or with a credit to make your purchase in the future and within 1 month. There is no possibility of a refund. In case the reason for return concerns an error of the store, joykidsboutique.gr undertakes to send a courier again to the address you have assigned to us to receive the order at its own expense. In case the consumer wishes to return his order without the fault of the store then the shipping costs are borne by the consumer himself and the process must be done through the courier companies (General Post), in addition we do not bear any responsibility for any loss or wear during transport of the product during the return process. After receiving the product, we will immediately process your request and inform you by e-mail about how to process it. - ANALYTICAL RETURN GUIDE
- Prerequisite is that the product is in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition in which you received it along with the retail sales receipt and including the special markings of the product (cards) within always 15 days.
Note:
For hygiene reasons, our company will not accept returns of swimwear, bodysuits, tights and underwear.
To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and their packaging intact, in order to identify any obvious defects. In the event that a defect is found during the quality control of the product returned to the store, it must contact the consumer to resolve the issue.

DIFFERENCE
- Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time we will inform you via e-mail, in order to tell us if you wish, under these conditions conditions, the completion of your order. - Product availability:
Each product shown is considered to be available, unless otherwise stated. In the event that - due to simultaneous purchases by more than one user, or due to a technical error - a product that appears to be available is not available, then the Company reserves the right to offer the user another equivalent product, noting any differences with the initially selected one. The user in this case reserves the right to withdraw from the contract without compensation.
