For any information you need, you can contact us by phone at 2695029833 (for calls from a landline or mobile phone with charges according to the tariff policy of your telecommunications provider).<\/p>\n<p>Returns are made to &#8220;Joy Kids&#8217; Boutique, 98 Alexandrou Roma 98, 29100, Zakynthos&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The return request takes effect from the date you declare the return request to us.<\/p>\n<p>The products you wish to return should &#8211; for obvious reasons of hygiene &#8211; be in an intact condition, with the packaging closed and absolutely inviolable. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. You agree to take care of the condition of the returned products from the moment they are delivered to you until the moment you deliver them to a Company store or to the partner transport company or courier company.<\/p>\n<p>If they are not returned within 15 days then the Company may not accept any return or replacement product. In any case, the maximum time limit for return for replacement cannot be extended beyond fourteen (15) calendar days from the date of receipt.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the rights granted under the return policy, all rights applicable to consumers under existing provisions and laws relating to the sales contract, as well as any rights arising in connection with the warranty conditions of the products, are recognized in any case.<\/p>\n<p>Transport of returned products<\/p>\n<p>In the event that you wish to return goods due to a change of mind, you shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Returned goods can only be collected from the address that you have indicated to us.<\/p>\n<p>Reimbursement of the value of returned products<\/p>\n<p>Provided you meet the conditions for a refund, we will refund the value of the goods you are returning in the same way as you made the original transaction (credit card, bank deposit, PayPal) unless you wish another method of refund, of which you must inform us in writing.<\/p>\n<p>The refund of the price of the returned goods will be made as soon as possible.
