The website www.joykidsboutique.gr includes the online presence of the physical store, under the name "Joy Kids' Boutique". The headquarters of the store is located at 98 Alexandrou Roma 98, Zakynthos. The creation of this e-shop marks the beginning of a form of advanced communication between the store and our customers. The e-shop that is being created is addressed to all internet users who wish to be directly informed about the products offered by the store, combined with the possibility of making purchases through the e-shop, following a remote online order, always subject to the sufficiency of the company stocks.
"Joy Kids' Boutique" aims to provide immediate service and customer satisfaction through the continuous responsibility demonstrated throughout their business development and the cultivation of trust.
The present terms are fully compatible with the applicable European and Greek law, while users acknowledge the company right to modify provisions of the present terms, insofar as they do not relate to its legally binding obligations and without affecting final situations.
The user of the website acknowledges that he / she has read these terms, agrees with them and undertakes the obligation to comply with them.
For us the customer is our obligation to always be informed and secured. For this reason, we inform the customers of our online shop about the following issues:
A. A. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In order to carry out any transaction through the online store “Joykidsboutique.gr” to make orders for products of the store, we will be asked to disclose some of your personal data. When you place an order, we will ask you for your full name, the address to which the products will be sent, your landline phone number (or any other phone number you want), your e-mail address, and in case you choose to pay by credit card, the number, the expiration date of the card and the three-digit security code.
These data are processed by the company in compliance with the application of article 7A par. 1 (b) of Law 2472/1997, in order to implement the order placed by the customer and in no way will be disclosed, published or sold to third parties, unless the procedure established by the legislation for the lifting of confidentiality (Law 2225 / 1994) or any obligations arising from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006 is initiated.
Your personal data are disclosed to the competent bank (eg credit card number) and are DELETED from our database immediately after the completion of your order, thus ensuring an even higher level of security.
B. SECURITY

DATA PROTECTION: The authors of photographs as original works of art according to provision 2§ 1 of the International Berne-Paris Convention, article 2 § 1 of Law 2121/1993, as currently in force and Directive 93/98 EC, have agreed to the automatic transfer (according to article 32 § 2 of Law. 2121/93, as in force today) to the “Company” the property right and all their powers thereon in relation to each photograph they create and have accepted that the “Company” will have the full exploitation of these works without limitation as well as the rights of modification, reproduction, incorporation and multiplication for the entire duration of the works (Article 9 of the WIPO Copyright Treaty ratified by Greece by Law. 3184/2003 - FEKA ' 228 / 26.09.2003, 12 of the TRIPS Agreement on intellectual property rights in the field of trade, ratified by Greece by Law 2290/1995 [Government Gazette A '28] and Article 6 of Directive 93/98.

D. ORDERING OF PRODUCTS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Placing an order through the e-shop constitutes the conclusion of a distance selling contract regulated by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended.
The possibility of entering into a valid order through the e-shop is provided that you are legally competent to act in accordance with the articles of the Greek Civil Code (provided that you have reached the age of eighteen and are not subject to legal representation for the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders may also be placed by representatives of legal entities, while the company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any orders placed by legally incompetent persons.

E. MODE - TIME - COST OF DISPATCH
Deliveries of products are made throughout Greece free of charge through the company Geniki Tachidromiki within 2-3 working days for orders over 70 euros.
For deliveries throughout Greece below 70 euros the charge is 5,00 euros.
For deliveries to EU countries and Cyprus the charges are as follows
For purchases under 200 € the shipping costs are 20 euros and for purchases of 200 E and more the shipping cost is free.
* The free shipping service and all the above shipping costs are not available for large, bulky items. The order management department receives the orders, calculates the weight of the parcel (s) and calculates the costs. You then receive a new email with the total order including shipping costs

*** For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, delivery times can vary significantly due to different customs regulations and therefore delivery can take up to 3 weeks from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination. F. CONSUMER RIGHTS
ORDER CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it. After the aforementioned time, the cancellation cannot be accepted.
CANCELLATION
You have the right to return the entire order or part of it without being obliged to inform us of the reason why you wish to return the goods, within 15 working days from the date of receipt. In this case you will only be charged the direct cost of returning the products. In the event that the reason for your return relates to a store error, we undertake to bear the cost of returning the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to fill in and send an email to info@joykidsboutique.gr writing us your details and the product code. You are obliged to send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, ie without having tampered with the packaging and confirming that the specific markings of the product have not been removed. In addition, you must include the retail sales receipt at the same time as you submit the withdrawal form or the exchange card in the case of a gift. The return will only be accepted after approval by the store.
In case of return of products, a representative will contact you shortly to arrange for the replacement of the returned product with a new one or a credit for future purchase within 1 month. In case the reason for the return is due to an error of the store, joykidsboutique.gr is committed to send a courier to the address you have specified for the receipt of the order at its own expense. In the event that the consumer wishes to return the order without the fault of the store then the shipping costs are borne by the consumer and the process must be done through courier companies (Geniki Tachidromiki) moreover we bear no responsibility for any loss or damage during the transport of the product during the return process. After we receive the product, we will process your request immediately and will inform you by e-mail on how to process it. DETAILED RETURN GUIDE
The product must be in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition in which you received it along with the retail receipt and including the special markings of the product (tags) within 15 days.
Note:
For hygiene reasons, our company will not accept returns of swimwear, bodysuits, tights and underwear.
To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to check carefully at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to detect any obvious defects. In the event that a defect is found during the quality control of the returned product, the store must contact the consumer to resolve the issue.

MISCELLANEOUS
Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products within the predetermined time, we will inform you by e-mail, in order to let us know if you wish, under these circumstances, to complete your order. joykidsboutique.gr is not responsible for any situation that is beyond its control and will do everything humanly possible for your best service.

Product availability:
Each product shown is considered available, unless otherwise stated. In the event that - due to simultaneous purchases by several users, or due to a technical error - a product shown as available is not, then the Company reserves the right to offer the user another equivalent product, pointing out any differences with the originally selected one. In this case, the User reserves the right to withdraw from the contract without compensation. And in the event that he does not withdraw, but proceeds to receive the product, the User reserves the right to return the product in its original condition and packaging, within 15 days of receipt, accompanied by the documents issued, without incurring return costs.
